Room information

The atmospheric rooms are equipped with facilities such as a shower, toilet, TV and telephone with outside line. Most of the rooms are not large, but they offer enough space for a comfortable stay. Much of our rooms have a view on the large St.Bavo church and on the "Grote Markt". If you like a room with view on the church, you can indicate this when making your reservation.

Hotel Policies:

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 1.70 per hour.

Pets are not allowed.

No deposit will be charged.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
