GENERAL INFORMATION
In the heart of the city, the Beaumont’s central location puts it within walking distance of the old city, the station, and the Céramique district with its modern architecture.
Throughout the hotel and the rooms, you will find a mix of styles from standard to modern. With the distinguished beauty of the interior decor, as well as the broad culinary palette, there is something for everyone from breakfast to dinner.
The Beaumont has chosen to present itself without too many architectural frills, offering a pure simplicity, leaving plenty of space for personal experience.
AREA INFORMATION
Wyck
The best-kept secret of all lies right at the feet of the Beaumont. Wyck, the city quarter of art and architecture, offering antiquarian bookshops and boutiques. The architectural district of Céramique, featuring Jo Coenen's famous Centre Céramique, is close by. Wyck is situated on the dividing line between old and new. Old flair and crisp modernity go hand in hand. From this district, one can take either the 13th century St Servatius Bridge (situated next to the site of the old Roman bridge) or the brand-new, modern 'High Bridge' over the river Meuse to reach the old heart of the city.

FOOD&BEVERAGE
An experience;
Chef Rick Barteklink has opted for a menu with a mix of culinary styles and a contemporary interpretation of typical Alsatian and Limburg dishes. Bartelink and the host, Jean-Philippe Roussel, take care of the culinairy side of the Beaumont experience. The Beaumont hotel has been affiliated to the Maastricht Culinair organization since 2003 (a cooperative of top restaurants in Maastricht).
Certain choices have been made in order to satisfy the wishes of today's gourmet even better: new-style dishes like Seafood Only; Alsace Style, in keeping with the Beaumont traditions, namely a great partiality for Alsatian cuisine; and the culinary value of Limburg cuisine is not forgotten either- Limburg Style.
The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11.00 to 17.00 (not on Sunday) and for dinner from 18.00 to 22.00.
