Room information

The hotel comprises of 6 beautiful spacious rooms spread over 3 floors, but there is unfortunately no lift in the building. These luxurious rooms include a free bar and the option to make tea and espresso yourself, providing you with necessary freedom and privacy. In addition to the facilities listed, each room is equipped with Coco-mat beds, a Samsung flat screen TV and an iPod station.

Tex One

The Tex Rooms are situated on the first floor and are accentuated with Western and Indian design influences. Tex One is located at the front of the building, and offers a view of the Witte de Withstraat and the shaded Eendrachtsingel.

Zen One

The Zen One room is located on the hotel’s 2nd floor. This room is accentuated using Oriental and Eastern design influences and decorations. Zen One is at the front of the building, with a view over the Witte de Withstraat and the shaded Eendrachtsingel.

Hotel Policies:

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20 per night per person for cots. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.

Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

No deposit will be charged.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
